You may have seen that there is a global pheonomenon happening that was triggered by Pharrell Williams' song HAPPY. People from around the world are creating their own versions of this song video to represent their own cities and celebrations of happiness. We want to extend this into our make-believe world of the Sims so we are calling out to Sims machinima makers to join us in this challenge.

The purpose of this challenge is to celebrate our favourite Sims and the worlds that they live in as we prepare to welcome The Sims 4 into the mix.  To get involved check out a few of the ones made by people around the world to get inspired then run with it. There are only one simple rule - make it HAPPY!

Due Date - we will not close this challenge officially, but those that are completed in time will be entered into SIFF's 10th anniversary Fall 2014 machinima playbill so make it good because the Sims world will be watching.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE DUE DATE - YOU CAN POST AS SOON AS YOU ARE READY

Preferred Theme - choose a world or town, just like in the real life versions, and showcase the sims that fit that theme using scenes that really show off the defining or favourite features or locations in that world or town.

MEP - this is a great project for Multi Editor Projects - see below for one that is already underway.

I'm confused already..... wow I feel like such a noob..... are we doing a whole video each or just one small part?

The idea was for people to do a whole video. Christie wants to put together a MEP (Multi-Editior Project) where people submit clips to her and she puts them together. So...you have your option, really, of which you want to do.

Oh Nimisims, there are so many funny animations. I can imagine that anything goes here, it doesn't just have to be dancing.
